Membership and terms of reference

The UK Roads Board is chaired by Matthew Lugg (Leicestershire County Council), representing the CSS and has the following members:
Gordon Prangnell (London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham), representing the London Technical Advisors’ Group (LoTAG), and chair of the Roads Performance Management Group
Ramesh Sinhal, representing the Highways Agency
Andrew Murray, representing the Northern Ireland Roads Service, and chair of the Footways and Cycletrack Management Group
Bob Barratt (Wolverhampton MBC), representing TAG
Richard Morgan, representing the Welsh Assembly Government
Ken Laing (Dundee City Council), representing the Society of Chief Officers of Transport in Scotland (SCOTS)
Chris Capps (Cambridgeshire CC), chair of the UKPMS Technical Steering Group
Dave Arran, representing the Scottish Executive
Keith Jones (Vale of Glamorgan), representing CSS Wales
