Pavement Condition Management Group
The Pavement Condition Management Group was formed in November 2008 and, on behalf of the UK Roads Board, leads on the development of pavement condition information which is used to support all highway authorities throughout the UK in the delivery of their transport services on local roads, through an integrated asset management approach.
This Group acts as the project steering group for the Pavement Condition Information Systems support contract. It has taken over many of the roles of the former UKPMS Steering Group and the former SCANNER Project Management Group, as well as some of the roles of the former Road Performance Management Group. More information about UKPMS and SCANNER is on other pages.
